Evolution. New nude male drawings

"Evolution" is a series of nude male drawings that portray the man in his path to evolution.

Giulio, a friend of mine, accepted to pose for this drawings.

I have taken some photos of him in my studio and later I worked alone adding elements like the cat, the swan and the rocks.

I like cats very much, in my life they have always been my companions. Not only they are funny but, for me, they symbolize mistery, infact they can see presences from other dimensions.

I have read that the eagle is one of the few animals that is capable to love, infact if its partner dies it will never copulate again. So for me it represents unconditioned love that expresses through an evolved soul.

The swan symbolizes the transformation, the metamorphosis of the soul to higher grounds, the enlightenment.
